Artwork & Images
We sell physical, hand-painted artwork. Images identified as design references or room visualisations are illustrative and are not photographs of your finished painting.
Brushwork, texture and small details naturally vary. Lighting and screen settings may affect colour appearance. These variations do not excuse material differences from the product description, principal composition, overall colour scheme or ordered specifications.
Check the stated dimensions and selected options before ordering. Furniture, accessories and frames shown in illustrative images are included only where expressly stated in your selected product option.
Orders & Payment
Please check your artwork selection, size, framing option, quantity and delivery details before payment. The currency, total payable and available payment methods are shown at checkout.

For accepted delivery destinations, prices include standard shipping and applicable import duties and taxes. Optional additional charges require your agreement. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges.
If an error or fulfilment problem affects your order, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute products or charge an additional amount without your agreement. If an order cannot proceed, we will refund the payments due in accordance with applicable law.
Production & Approval
Painting normally takes 7–10 calendar days, depending on size and complexity. Drying, framing, packaging, adjustments and your approval may affect dispatch. Transit time is separate.
We will send completed-artwork photographs before shipping and accept reasonable minor adjustments within the original design. Substantial changes require a separate agreement.
We dispatch only after your explicit approval. You may cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund without a production or cancellation fee.
Delivery & Returns
Our Shipping & Delivery and Refund and Returns policies explain delivery estimates, cancellation, returns and after-sales assistance.
For delivery arranged by us, risk of loss or damage remains with us until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, subject to applicable law.
Approval of photographs does not waive statutory rights. After dispatch, we do not offer additional change-of-mind returns beyond those required by law.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
Buying a physical painting does not itself transfer any copyright or commercial reproduction rights that may exist. Any such licence requires express agreement with the relevant rights holder.
Privacy & Your Rights
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Agreeing to these terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing or non-essential tracking.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain entitled to contact consumer authorities, exercise applicable payment-dispute rights or bring proceedings before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
