Production
Every Canvelor painting is hand-painted and shipped from mainland China. Painting usually takes 7–10 calendar days, depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. Larger or more detailed pieces may take longer.
Drying, framing, packaging, requested adjustments and your approval may affect the dispatch date. Production time does not include shipping time.
Approval Before Shipping
We will email photographs of your completed artwork before dispatch. You may request reasonable minor adjustments within the original design. We ship only after receiving your explicit approval.
You may cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund, with no production or cancellation fee. Please email info@canvelor.com with your order number.
Shipping & Taxes
For destinations available at checkout, prices include standard shipping and applicable import duties and taxes. If you are asked to pay additional import charges, contact us for assistance. We will reimburse any charges covered by this policy upon receipt of proof of payment.

We will send shipping confirmation and available tracking details after dispatch. If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you with an updated estimate and any applicable cancellation or refund options.
Delivery Problems
Please check your delivery details before ordering and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, or your parcel appears to be missing, email info@canvelor.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs of the artwork and packaging are helpful where available.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Please contact us for instructions before returning an item.
